CMC provided general contracting services for this 88,000 sf office space fit out at One World Trade Center. The project included fit-outs for 3 separate agencies under The Stagwell Group umbrella. The project included an open floor plan with private offices surrounding the core. It featured conference areas varying in sizes with Metrofold partitions and custom glass office fronts, large pantries, and amenity spaces.
