CMC provided construction management services for the renovation of the Lobby, Storefront and Facade project for Empire State Realty Trust. The project included several phases, black granite floors, black granite storefronts, a new canopy and a 75.7 foot long and 7.8 foot wide LED Screen that spans the majority of the lobby ceiling. The high definition screen displays 6.7 million pixels and functions with 2 processors.
