Cross Management is excited to be part of the sustainable building initiative and have several LEED Accredited Professionals on staff.  We enthusiastically support the U.S. Green Building Council’s mission to “change the ways buildings and communities are designed, built and operated.”Our Sustainability Department works with our clients, subcontractors, and staff to develop and implement the most cost efficient sustainable plan for our projects.  We have several clients pursuing LEED Certification, as well as many who have chosen to incorporate sustainable practices into their build-outs without seeking certification.We play an integral part in ensuring that the trade submittals are in accordance with the design intent, supervising the construction of the project, as well as tracking paperwork for  submission to the USGBC.  We have dedicated our team to doing our part in this initiative and look forward to working on future sustainable projects.
