CMC provided construction management services for a 3,600 sf renovation at 104 Fifth Avenue for New Enterprise Associates. The project includes conference rooms, private offices, pantry and common areas with high end finishes, custom millwork and wood flooring. Soundproofing was achieved through double walls with acoustical putty pads and acoustical caulk and sound absorbing ceilings.
